The dynamic growth of a Polish children’s brand
The Nicol brand, owned by Bamarnicol, is a highly regarded Polish manufacturer of baby and children’s clothing, which focuses on the highest quality materials and unique design (https://www.bamarnicol.pl/). The rapid development of e-commerce channels and a growing presence on the largest marketplaces meant that the existing logistics model had become a barrier to further growth.
The partnership with Hurtimex began in July 2024. We started at 3,000 units per month, and after a year and a half (March 2025) reached a volume exceeding 16,000 units per month (a fivefold increase). Such rapid scaling was possible thanks to us taking on the burden of logistics.

Unlocking potential on marketplaces: The smyk.com case study
The key challenge before we began working together was the delivery time to end customers. Nicol brand products were available on the smyk.com platform, but the waiting time was at least three days. In today’s e-commerce landscape, this is a timeframe that often discourages customers from making a purchase.
Thanks to the implementation of our warehouse processes:
- We reduced smyk.com’s fulfilment time for end customers to 2–3 days.
- We introduced same-day dispatch as standard for direct orders.
- The immediate result was a sharp increase in conversion rates and order numbers – not only on smyk.com, but also on Allegro.

Technology and automation: The cornerstone of modern fulfilment
The success of the Nicol brand is based on the full integration of IT systems. At Hurtimex, we believe that logistics is a strategic tool for growth, which is why we have implemented solutions that eliminate human error and delays:
- Automatic data exchange: Our systems are fully integrated with Bamarnicol’s systems. Orders and stock levels are updated online in real time.
- Intelligent replenishment: The process of generating demand for goods takes place automatically, ensuring continuity of sales with optimal stock levels.
Cost optimisation and competitive advantage
The scale of operations at our logistics centre in Łódź enables us to negotiate rates with leading courier companies that are unavailable to individual brands. As a result:
- We have reduced logistics costs for the Nicol brand.
- The partner received an attractive price for fulfilment services, which directly boosted the profitability of their business.
- Nicol products have become more competitively priced whilst customer service quality has improved.

Summary: A partnership built on trust
The example of the Nicol brand demonstrates Hurtimex’s expertise in serving the demanding fashion sector. We have shown that we are capable not only of taking over logistics operations, but also of becoming a driving force behind e-commerce sales.
Today, Bamarnicol can focus entirely on designing attractive clothing and marketing, confident that logistics – from goods receipt to fast dispatch – is in the hands of professionals.
