For over 30 years, we have been developing our business at the intersection of fashion, retail and modern technology. Our story began in 1992 with the creation of the children’s brand Tup Tup, through which we gained experience in designing collections, managing production and retail sales. Today, Hurtimex S.A. is a modern organisation that combines fashion expertise with advanced e-commerce solutions and 360° fulfilment.

We support manufacturers and brands in comprehensive sales development – from logistics and warehousing, through 3PL fulfilment, to distribution and multi-channel sales on the largest marketplaces and e-commerce platforms in the CEE region. Our partnership model enables our partners to scale their business without having to build their own operational infrastructure.

From a fashion brand to a regional 360° e-commerce leader.

For over 30 years, we have been developing our business at the intersection of fashion, retail and logistics. We began in 1992 by launching the Tup Tup brand, building our expertise in design, collection management and retail. The following years saw dynamic expansion, our listing on the NewConnect market and the consistent strengthening of our expertise in retail and multichannel operations.

1992

Launch of the Tup Tup brand
We began our business as a children’s clothing manufacturer, launching the Tup Tup brand, which quickly gained recognition on the Polish market. It was here that our understanding of fashion trends, quality and parents’ expectations took shape.

2000–2010

The expansion of the Tup Tup brand
The Tup Tup brand is consolidating its position, and we are expanding our retail and franchise networks, reaching an ever-wider customer base. During this period, we are building our expertise in collection management, stock management and omnichannel retail.

2008

Listing on NewConnect
HURTIMEX S.A. makes its debut on the NewConnect market, gaining public company status and access to capital for further development. Reporting transparency and corporate governance become an integral part of our management model.

2013

Launch of logistics services (Kids Fashion Group, DE)
We begin providing specialised logistics services to Kids Fashion Group in Germany, transitioning to a 3PL model. This is the moment when we combine fashion expertise with professional logistics and lay the foundations for today’s fulfilment operations.

2019

E-commerce 360 and the O4O model with Smyk.com
We are implementing the E-commerce 360 model and a unique O4O solution for Smyk.com, integrating manufacturers, distribution and retail into a single, cohesive ecosystem. From this point onwards, we are becoming a key partner in delivering same-day delivery for the children’s fashion sector in Poland.

2020

Expansion of e-commerce under the consignment model
We are expanding our collaboration with partners under the consignment model, handling approximately 25,000 items per month and taking full responsibility for online logistics. We offer manufacturers the opportunity to scale their sales without having to invest in costly warehouse infrastructure.

2022

Warehouse automation and development of Comarch ERP/WMS
We are investing in warehouse automation and the development of Comarch ERP and WMS systems, integrating them with the main sales platforms. This enables us to increase operational throughput, raise the SLA to 99%, and prepare for a threefold increase in volume.

2024

A portfolio of 40 children’s brands and 15 women’s brands
We are building a diversified portfolio of 40 children’s brands and 15 women’s brands, strengthening our position as a fashion hub in Central and Eastern Europe. Our strong product offering is driving a growing share of e-commerce in our revenue and providing a stable foundation for scaling.

2026

PLN 5 million capital raise
We are planning a capital raise of PLN 5 million, to be used for the expansion of our warehousing and technology infrastructure and for geographical expansion. This step will accelerate the implementation of our growth strategy through to 2030 and strengthen our position as a regional 360-degree e-commerce partner.

Jarosław Kopeć

CEO & Founder

An entrepreneur with many years of experience, who founded HURTIMEX in 1991 and successfully grew the company from a turnover of PLN 7 million to PLN 16 million. He successfully restructured the company, transforming its business model from manufacturing to trading. The implementation of a hybrid business model enabled the company to expand its operations and strengthen its market position.

Marcin Kopeć

CIO & Logistics & Founder

CIO, logistics expert and co-founder, who successfully integrates technology with operations. He scaled fulfilment processes from scratch to 5,000 orders per day and was responsible for implementing the WMS system and developing the logistics and IT infrastructure. He specialises in supply chain optimisation, increasing the efficiency and scalability of operations.

Zbigniew Zając

COO & Finance

COO responsible for operations and finance, combining experience in auditing with corporate management. He oversaw the issue of Series I shares and is developing investor relations, ensuring the company’s transparency and credibility. He focuses on maintaining financial discipline and the organisation’s stable growth.

Kamila Mosieniak-Kalisz

Head of Sales

Head of Sales, responsible for sales growth and scaling the brand portfolio. She has expanded the portfolio from 15 to 60 brands, focusing on revenue optimisation and the development of product categories. She leads expansion into marketplaces, building new growth channels and increasing sales reach.

Wioletta Wrońska

Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager responsible for developing marketing strategies and online sales channels. She scaled the Nicol brand to the #1 position on Allegro by creating and implementing an effective strategy for that channel. She specialises in social media campaigns and cross-border e-commerce, supporting expansion into foreign markets.

Tomasz Kubiak

Warehouse Manager

Logistics Manager responsible for the development and efficiency of warehouse operations. He implemented a location-based storage system and scaled the number of locations from 5 to 25,000, streamlining the flow of goods. He specialises in optimising order fulfilment processes, increasing the efficiency and accuracy of order fulfilment.
